Required:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family (or equivalent degree which fulfills the requirement for a license to practice mental health therapy in PA)

• Active, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, licensed psychologist) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Available to schedule at least 18 direct client hours weekly

• Be able and willing to schedule clients on evenings or weekends (5pm or later Mon-Fri or anytime Sat/Sun) as your caseload requires (at least 50% of your available hours to start)

• Be able and willing to work on-site in Millcreek, PA

• Be able and willing to see clients in-person or by telehealth

• Be committed to our company values, including anti-racism, social justice, and Health at Every Size

• Have a detail-oriented, self-driven mindset that thrives within a team environment

Preferred:

• Possess a degree, specialization, certification, or training in one or more of the following needed areas:

  • Art therapy

  • EMDR or progressive counting

  • IFS/parts work

  • Therapy for children and teens

  • Men’s mental health

  • Disordered eating

  • Health at Every Size (HAES)

  • Exposure and response prevention for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); other evidence-based modalities may also be considered
