Building strong, meaningful relationships is a basic need for all of us. We value building relationships within our community and helping our clients do the same. Required:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family (or equivalent degree which fulfills the requirement for a license to practice mental health therapy in PA)

• Active, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, licensed psychologist) in the state of Pennsylvania

  • LAPC/LSW may be considered, depending on experience and amount of completed licensure hours - must be willing to work towards full licensure

• Available to schedule client sessions between 18-28 hours per week, with the intention of holding 15-25 sessions per week

• Be available during timeslots that your niche needs (e.g., child therapists are expected to have some after school hours; if you work best with “busy professionals”, it’s expected that you will be available before or after work, etc.)

• Be able and willing to work on-site in Millcreek, PA

• Be able and willing to see clients in-person or by telehealth

• Be committed to our company values, including anti-racism, social justice, and Health at Every Size

• Want to be a part of a community and connect with your fellow therapists

Preferred:

• Desire to work evenings (after 4pm Mon-Fri) or weekends

• Desire to work in one or more of the following needed areas:

  • EMDR or similar somatic therapies

  • Couples counseling

  • Separation/divorce counseling

  • Co-parenting counseling

  • Children and teens

  • Men’s mental health

  • Disordered eating/Health at Every Size
